The Studio: review and edit your AI video before rendering

The Studio is one screen where the whole edit is assembled for review. Everything in it can be adjusted, and nothing renders until you press Continue.

The short answer

The RealTake Studio is one screen where you review and edit an AI-made video before rendering. It shows the full edit on a timeline with trim, reorder, undo and redo, and autosave. You can restore cuts, edit captions word by word, swap b-roll and move any element. Nothing renders or publishes until you press Continue.

What it is

One screen for the whole edit

RealTake plans and builds the edit from your raw take. The Studio is where you check it. Cuts, captions, b-roll, zooms, effects and the opener are all on one timeline, so you judge the short as a whole and not one layer at a time.

If the edit is right, there is one thing to do: press Continue. If something is off, change it there and then. You do not export to another editor to finish the job.

What you can change in the Studio

Every decision the AI video editor made is open to adjustment.

The timeline

Trim and reorder sections. Undo and redo any change. Your work is autosaved as you go.

Cuts

Each cut is labeled with the reason it was made. Restore any section that was removed.

Nothing is posted without your approval

RealTake does not post anything until you choose the platforms and press post, and with review turned on it does not render a final video on its own. The process has 5 review checkpoints, and the last word is yours.

  • Fast preview. Watch the edit before the final render, so you are not waiting on a full render to check a change.
  • Continue. When the short looks right, press Continue to render it in 1080p, 9:16.
  • Optional parts stay optional. The AI hook can be removed. AI-generated visuals are off by default and need your approval before anything is generated.

If you disconnect partway through, the job resumes where it stopped.

Who reviews

You, or someone you trust with your account

Review does not have to be done by the person on camera. An assistant or team member can upload takes and review edits for you using your account.

For regulated professions: nothing is published by RealTake. You download the finished file and put it through whatever review your firm requires before it is posted.

BEFORE · THE RAW TAKE
AFTER · THE FINISHED SHORT

After you press Continue

The finished short goes to your video library. From there you can download it, rename it, or retry it. From there you can also connect LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram and post from RealTake, or download the file and post it anywhere.

Finished videos stay in your account and can be downloaded or deleted any time. You own your videos. The raw upload is deleted 7 days after the video renders.

Where the Studio fits

The Studio is where you review and adjust what RealTake built:

  • It runs in a browser, including on your phone, with nothing to install.
  • Post or schedule from it to LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, or download the file.
  • Record anywhere. Upload the take from your phone or computer.
  • Share the work. An assistant or team member can upload and review edits using your account, with your brand kit applied.
