What the fine print and the users say
- A 2026 pricing explainer describes the unlimited offer as covering specific models and resolutions, in time windows, website-only, with other surfaces still deducting credits and rerolls and upscales charged (Krea).
- The amounts and tiers behind it changed between an August 2026 snapshot and an October 2026 one (Segmind, DIY AI).
- On waiting: "for over FIVE HOURS without generating anything!" (Trustpilot, page 8)
- On the entry plan: "I could not create a 7-second video with the starter pack without upgrading my package." (Trustpilot, page 8)
Why "unlimited" has to be hedged
Generation is expensive to run, so an unlimited plan is only viable if it is narrowed: to the cheaper models, to lower resolutions, to a window of days, and to the surface the company controls. When demand spikes, the queue is the throttle. None of that is hidden, but it is not what the word promises, and it is why the one-star reviews cluster around billing and waiting rather than output.
What RealTake does instead
RealTake edits a video of you talking, and uses generation where a line needs a shot that does not exist: an image or clip for that exact line, or a moment of your own footage reimagined from your own frames. There is no unlimited tier to decode.
In RealTake, generation is a line inside the plan, not a separate currency. AI-Generated Assets are included on every plan: around 12 a month free, around 100, 250 or 560 on the paid plans, alongside the whole edit. Generation is off by default and runs only after you approve it, with the cost shown first. Review the edit before it renders and change anything at no extra charge. Failed renders are never charged.
Upload a video of yourself and reimagine one moment of it.
Free plan: 5 watermarked videos a month. No credit card.
